Forte Capital acquires W&O Products, a leading provider of hobby, games and crafts products for children

Forte Capital Participaties (FCP) has acquired a majority stake in W&O Products BV (W&O). W&O is an established Dutch Company (established in 1992) specialized in the development and supply of a large range of products for children in various segments such as Hobby, Crafts, Stationery, Seasonal Toys and Stickers.

W&O supplies its branded and licensed products across Europe to large international non-food discount retailers for which it acts an outsourced design and development partner.

W&O is uniquely positioned to further grow its activities in a fast-growing European market for affordable Stationery, Hobby, Craft and Toys.

Together with W&O’s CEO and shareholder Marc van der Koelen we plan to accelerate growth and to develop the company into a unique market leader based on its own developed product offering and swift ‘product to market’ capabilities to respond to underlying trends and changing customer demand.
